Human Resources Representative

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Recruiting needs/planning
Leading new employee orientation
Coordinating with Regional and Corporate Human Resources
Interacting with and counseling all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit-related issues as well as disciplinary matters.
Coordinating and conducting investigations on various topics.
Interfacing with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems within HR areas in addition to company policy administration.
Serving as a liaison between process owners and the service center groups to reflect process changes in a standard format
Basic Qualifications:
Requires some experience of various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures
Requires a college or university degree and equivalent experience
In addition, 1 to 4 years of human resources job-related experience.

Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals.
Good human relations and effective communications skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department
The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential Thorough computer knowledge to include People Soft, Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc,

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
