SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

Provides clerical, administrative and general office support for efficient department operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Description: None Experience Minimum Required: 2 year secretarial and/or office experience. Experience Preferred/Desired: Knowledge of medical terminology where appropriate. Education Description: None Education Minimum Required: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
