ACCO Brands, one of the world''s largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $1.8 billion, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Handle incoming customer calls with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
Develop a strong knowledge of ACCO products, policies, procedures and systems.
Proactively promotes products, services and company''s value proposition to customers.
Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years prior Customer Service Call Center experience or comparable experience required.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision preferred.
Ability to multi task and prioritize work preferred.
Ability to handle high call volume with low abandon rate preferred.
Strong working knowledge of PC/Computer Systems including but not limited to Windows and Microsoft Office required.
Oracle/SAP experience preferred
Strong verbal skills and written communication skills required.
Demonstrate professionalism, dependability and the ability to work well in a team environment required.
Demonstrate ability and track record of achieving goals or objectives preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
