Responsible for assuring hospital compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as accrediting organizations. Incumbent is accountable for departmental management 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Provides leadership through communicating the BMH vision/values, coaching, mentioning, counseling and setting of departmental policies and goals. This responsibility is to be accomplished through personal example and interacting with staff to communicate policies and goals, assessing strengths and weaknesses of employees and recommending changes to improve performance which will result in enhanced
employee
skills of analysis, management and leadership with in self-directed work units.
Responsible for overall operational management including but not limited to hiring, training, supervising, counseling, evaluating all employees and maintaining regulatory requirements. This responsibility is to be accomplished through assessment of departmental operations and interaction with staff and customers to hire, train, supervise, counsel and evaluate all employees which will result in an enhanced quality and efficiency of service.
Responsible for overall financial management of the department including but not limited to capital and operational budgeting, variance analysis and proforma generation as well as management of resources within financial and workload standards established by hospital. This responsibility is to be accomplished by evaluation of all products and
services
performed/provided through analysis of departmental operations, implementation of workload standards and continual review of operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced efficiency which will result in more efficient resource utilization.
Responsible for communicating and interacting with key internal and external customers. This responsibility is to be accomplished through developing a rapport with internal and external key customers to identify opportunities for improvement and monitor improvement which will result inenhanced service and customer satisfaction.
License/Registration/Certifications:
Active ARRT Licensure
Education: Bachelor's degree required, master's degree
preferred.
Experience: Five to seven years experience in health care or
related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
